Next, tap on the “More” option at the bottom of your screen, which will open a sidebar menu. Within this sidebar menu, you should see an option for Google reviews. 

The answer to this question depends on several factors. Google generally keeps all reviews posted on its site permanently. However, if a review is flagged as spam or contains false information, Google may remove it from its database. 

There is no shortcuts in getting organic and legitimate Google Reviews except to have good business model, proper service etiquette, and an outstanding customer service process that actively asks your existing customers to leave reviews on Google. Here, you should see a button that says “claim this business.” Simply click on this button, and google will walk you through the rest of the process. In some cases, google may request additional information about your business in order to verify that you are, indeed, the owner. Once your google business profile has been successfully claimed, you will be able to update important details such as your company’s name, address, phone number, website URL, opening hours, and more.
